1. Can I cancel at any time?
We hope that you will be delighted with the service we provide at JMSServices.co.uk and remain a long-standing customer. However, if you want to cancel, you can do so at any time.
2. How many tickets can I submit?
You can submit unlimited tickets as long as it will not take more time than what you have on your monthly plan.
3. How many websites can I have under one plan?
Under every account, you can have only one website if you have multiple websites and want multiple website management that you need support with please contact us.
4. What if I used all my support time?
We will always try to give our best for our customers and keep all the work within the monthly fee, but if we see that what you need will not fit within your plan you will be able to buy extra hours.
5. How long do I need to wait after submitting a ticket?
If it’s emergency we will work on your website immediately, if you have support requests that are not urgent we will tell you what is the estimated time ( it can be fast as 30 minutes and up to 24 hours )
6. Will I get 24/7 support?
We soon will expand to offer 24/7. Currently, we offer 9 am-6 pm during working days but please note that if it’s during weekends then we only focus more on urgent support requests, if your request is not urgent we will address that right after the weekend.
7. Do you manage WooCommerce websites?
Yes and we love WooCommerce! All our maintenance plans provide ongoing support for WooCommerce. And unlike other WordPress maintenance and hosting companies, you don’t have to be tied into contracts, buy the premium or pro plan for eCommerce support! One simple fee no matter what, buy additional hours if you need them.
8. Is migration really free and how does it work?
YES, it is absolutely free and easy peasy! All we need is your WP admin user name and password to complete the migration.
We’ll log in to your WordPress website, download a copy of it, and transfer it to our hosting platform.
Then we’ll clean it, optimize it, make sure it is virus-free and then test it. Once we are sure everything in tiptop shape, we’ll let you know. We can usually have your site moved and ready within 4 hours (could be longer if your site is “messy”, but no worries, we’ll take care of it no matter how long it takes!).
You can then test it yourself and once you are 100% satisfied that everything is in order, we’ll take it live and show it off to the world!
There won’t be a minute of downtime and we handle everything for you!
9. How long does it take to complete a task?
That depends. Small and medium tasks have a typical turnaround time of 24-48 hours, and the type of task determines it. There is no task too big for us to handle.
